What to do when biking becomes easy?

I have been using my stationary bike for the last two weeks (today is day 14). The pedals of my bike can be adjusted from 1-10 resistance. I am 25 and male so my max heart rate is 195

On day 1 my average heart rate was 187 and my average heart rate was ~172. I could go at resistance of 8 for a few minutes.

Today on day 14 my max heart rate was 162 and I averaged 145-155. I was on 10 resistance the whole time. The workout was easy.

Has my heart gotten stronger since day 1? I was going all out but couldnt get my heart rate up to day 1 levels. At my highest I was at the mid range aerobic levels, wherase on day 1 I could hit part of my VO2 max.

What can I do now? Have I maxed out my bike? If I keep at it along with diet can I still lose weight or will it stop now that I cannot get my heart rate up so high?

Thanks!

Methods of increasing intensity on a bike are duration, intensity, speed and accompaniment.
Duration simple enough, go for longer.
Intensity, you have gone as far as you can here as you say.
Speed. Simply pedalling faster, this can be combined with duration by pedalling faster throughout, or in form of intervals, pedalling fast for a minute and steady for a minute.
Accompaniment. Do other things while on your bike, push ups on the bars, basic dumbbell exercises etc. all of which will affect your core as you will have to balance while doing so, weight will need to be very small at first. Have a couple of cushions beside you in case you need to drop the weights and grab the handlebars again, this isn't assuming failure just being safe.
