What to do? - I'm new!!

Hey everyone, I've been browsing like most for awhile. I'm reaching out this time to get some specific advice. I'm good knowing what to eat, but I can't figure out a work out routine. I do have a gym membership if that helps. I'd prefer to go in the am. I'm not sure if I should do full body work outs, or split each muscle group up? Basically if someone could tell me through out mon-fri what should I do each day, how many sets/reps. It would be greatly appreciated!! By the way I'm 5'5 140lbs 27 years old. And in need to tone up!!
