Weight-Loss What to count?

I am making an excel spreadsheet which I will print out for myself, and was wondering what kind of things to record off the foods I eat.

These are things I am recording so far :

Item Eaten ---- Calories-----Fat------Carbs------?????????

What else should I keep records of?
 
Well, you can record the kinds of fat (poly, mono, satur), you can record fiber.

don't over whelm yourself tho :) Stick to what you actually wanna look at and change.

Record your weight, waist/hip/neck/arm/etc measurements. Things of that sort.

Well other then that, I'd like to know the main things to record for weight loss
 
Record all fluids you take in.

Are you going to do a separate record for your exercise?
Yes, I will do a seperate record for how much a exercised that day. I'm also keep record of my weight, measurements etc...

When you say fluids like record the oz of what I drank?

Yes. Really important that you are staying hydrated, helps to flush out toxins and keep joints lubricated during exercise.

Record any herbal teas also.
