Hello, looking for help,I have tried everything in the book and can't seem to lose weight. I think it is so hard to lose weight when you doing it on your own .Whn losing a great amount of weight it take a great amount of support I think. I am getting so tired and sick of tring so hard with no results . i exercise with a trainer 5 days a week and on a diet plan and in 4 months I only loss 12 pound could there be something else wrong with me....Any advice is welcome .....Thanks
