I've heard so many different things on this and just wanted to get you guys opinion. I myself have started off with 6P, I don't eat anything after 6P.

What's your cut off time?

Well mine is usually 5:30 pm (that's dinner) Nothing else after that, but usually, the stupid person I am likes to munch on something. So I'm trying to control that and stick to my 5:30 pm cutoff :)
 
I only have time to do any real excersise in the evenings when my dd is in bed (she goes about 7.30 - 8pm), and i know your not supposed to excersise within 2 hours of eating a heavy meal, so i usually last eat at 6pm and workout at 8.30pm.
 
There are so many different stories about when you should eat your last meal for the day. We have supper around 5pm. Then absolutely no snacks in the evening. Well sometimes that theory works. LOL. As for exercising, my friend used to get home at 11pm, eat supper at 11:30pm and exercise right after that. She lost 17 inches in 4 months. I coulnd't beleive it. But then again, everyone is different.
 
It is amazing how different we are. I wish I could have lost weight like your friend. I could eat a carrot late in the evening and I'll see it on the scales in the morning!

Supper for me is around 6 pm, so basically no eating after 7pm (it takes me a long time to eat). Sometimes my timing (meal pre) isn't on all the time, so we end up eating a little bit later, but I try extremely hard to stick to not after 7.

Oprah says not to eat for 3 to 4 hours before you go to bed.
 
An hour or so before I go to bed. Tonight I wont be going to bed until around 8 am because I'm on night shift, so I'll probably have my last meal around 5 am. I'm trying to eat 5 or 6 small meals per day.
 
Our last meal is usually 6-ish with sometimes (not every night) a snack before bed, but never past 8:30 (fruits or veggies). We usually go to bed 10-ish.
 
I eat dinner around 5:30-6:00 pm so about then. Before I used to eat dessert around eightish but now I have dessert as a treat only once in a while
 
Yes!! Ive been doing that too. I was doing 6 o clock but oprah said 3 hours before bed is good. but now im doing like 630-7 to be on the safe side. I dont even want to drink water after 7...lol
