I am, like many people have been, at a peak.
I have been 218-222 for the past month. First I cut my calories to create a bigger deficit (around 1200) and I went down, but I ate an 1800 cal meal a week later and the weight came back on (I assume that I was "starving" myself without noticing it).
Now I've upped my calories to about 1600-2000 a day. I haven't been exercising as much as I should, (two days instead of the usual five)...but isn't every step in the right direction a good one?
Now I'm getting stressed and that will make my weight tack on even MORE.
However I DID starting lifting a LITTLE bit again once a week (nothing worth gaining a couple of pounds over though...just to keep my arms hard if you get my drift)
It's like my metabolism won't do what the hell I'm telling it to.
Thanks in advance.
