What supplements to take together

I've been trying to decide what supplements to take together. This is generally my first time, but I have experimented with some in the past.

My current choice of supplements is NO XPlode for pre workout for pumps and bigger lifts, and then I can't decide if I want to take true mass or syntha-6 as my post work out supplement. True mass is high in calories and protein and syntha-6 is lower in calories and protein but on the site I use it is recommended to take with NO xplode. Is there some reason for this? I want to take whatever is gonna work well together so I could use opinions on it.

Do you think true mass and NO xplode would be the best combo?
Do you think Syntha-6 and NO Xplode would be the best combo?
Do you have a combo that you think will work better?

Keep in mind I work out 3-4 times a week and want to gain weight. I am currently doing full body work outs but may switch to 5 day split routine.

Do you think it matters whether I do split or full body work outs if I want to gain weight on those supplements?
Which do you prefer? full body or split for gaining weight?

I've actually decided against syntha-6. But I found a new supplement that sounds good, has some good reviews but also some bad ones. Muscle Juice 2544 has 1000 calories and 55 g of protein, but hte only thing is that it is extremely high in sugar. So Now I'm torn between that and true mass. True mass has less cal and protein but also much less in sugar. Does the sugar effect fat gain that much? One review said so long as you put in 4-5 good hard training days you'll only see muscle growth, does everyone else believe that's true?

Wow pre and pro workout supplements. Are you a pro athlete/bodybuilder? If Muscle Juice contains as many calories as Muscle Milk, I would get my protein from natural sources/foods.

No, not a pro bodybuilder just into body building is all.

My Diet is limited. I go to college and these supplements are presents for xmas so I get limited amount. MY diet consist of whatever healthy foods I can get from my college along with what I need to actually get full afterwords. I don't have the resources to eat what everyone else can eat so the supplements are there to help me get what I need. Thus the high cal count in both true mass and muscle juice help in that area along with filling in the gaps of other nutrient needs. which is why I need to decide between the two cause I can't have both. I just worry about the high sugar count in muscle juice but it is a lot cheaper than true mass so I was wondering if the difference in price is worth it or if muscle juice really is just as good and cheaper.

As far as NO xplode goes I like it. I've used it once before and it worked well for me, upping my lifts by an average of 10 lbs probably so it helped me push harder and farther so I am gonna give it another try and see where it takes me. If you don't like NO xplode what do you recomend for a pre workout supplement?
