What Supplements Should I Take ??

im 22 years old i'm 6' 0 and weigh 150 lbs im way to skinny and i really need to put on some muscle and weight, i'm wondering if any1 can suggest some supplements that i could start taking i have some kre-alkalyn pills and NO2 pills, im looking for anything else i can stock up on to help put on the weight and also give me extra energy to work out longer, i tend to get bored or tired or working out pretty quick so i know i gotta get past that being a wuss thing i guess but anything that can help in either of those areas, that can be suggested to me... i would greatly appreciate :) thanks in advance...

well, NO2 doesn't really help pack on any muscle. it does give an artificial pump, that you might find helps motivate you though.
(actually, i'm trying some NO-Xplode right now to see what the hype is all about...)

when the kre-alkalyn runs out, get plain creatine monohydrate. no good evidence to backup kre-alkalyn or any 'buffered' creatine, just marketing gimmicks.

the real key to 'packing on muscle' is good eating habits. every 2-3 hours you eat. lots of protein, plenty of carbs, the right kinds of fats.

these are the building blocks for the entire body, and you need extra blocks if you want to increase the size of anything.

if diet is proper, and training is remotely decent, you'll trigger muscle mass growth.

thanks

thanks, much appreciated, if i was looking for help on a good schedual for working out, could you help me with that ? or should i post about this in a different section ?

Thanks again for the help, any and all knowledge is much appreciated, as i havent been big into working out much in the past and dont know too many people i trust to give me advice...

we have a separate section for weight training a few sections down on the main forum page.

there's also a link in my signature to a routine called Total Body Training, by Chad Waterbury.
start with a full body workout, repeated 3 times per week (every other day basically). do your cardio on days you don't weight train.

also Waterbury's article gets somewhat complex, talking about 'antagonist' training on some weeks....skip that part for now. the main points from that article/routine are:
mostly free weights
mostly compound exercises
very little isolation

The creatine monohydrate is great right before the gym

The creatine monohydrate is great right before the gym, pumps you up and gives you that 20% increase in strength,, followed by a protien powder directly while walking out of the gym,, i usually have by bottle pre-loaded w/ protein powder,, just fill at the fountain... After a few months go for the kick,, see the link below,, the METHYL 1-D really kicks in about 1 week.. Can't go wrong.

I deleted your link just because spammers have a nasty habit of posting once, and its a link to their online store.

But since you actually posted some text, I'll assume you're just an overzealous new member, so no infractions or bannings were dished out. Please refrain from posting links to online stores unless the poster is specifically asking for a good site to go to. Then it won't be misconstrued as possible spammage.

idk about u but N0-Xpolde and NaNo Vapor didnt do crap for me. i dont know if its because of my size but i took the recomended dossage(the one that dosent quite exceed whats safe to take) and i didnt feel anything. Only good thing that was bout an hour after lifting i fell asleep of like 10 hours.lol

You have the right idea going with a creatine and NO stack, I would however choose different products, Kre-alkalyn creatine is better then Monohydrate but CEE is better then both when it comes to absorption and overall gains. I would go with for your creatine and for your NO.

I don't know what is happening with my body... I train hard every alternate day, my weight gain went up by only about 2kg initially and it has been the same weight for a few months now, not progressing.

I really need to increase my diet too, I'm trying to put on some muscle mass. Basically, I eat breakky, lunch and dinner, also I have a protein shake straight after weight training (every alternate day). I only started the protein supplement a few weeks ago. The protein shake I'm having has only 2g carb per serve. I got the wrong shake. When I finish this container I'll have to get the high carbs one. Will the high carb protein shake make me look a little tubby even with regular training (weights and cardio)?

To offset the extra in between 'meals' meals... what can I take in terms of supplements instead of food. I know I know... I should eat well but with work it is really hard to include these in between meals into my day.

Diet seems to be sooo much more important then most people think when it comes to putting on muscle mass... it is certainly something I'm only starting to realise.
