What supplements should i take?

i have been workin out for about 3 months now... 5+ days a week... trying to get bigger and more cut. I am 185 Pounds 5'11". I want to get stonger and look bigger. I recently bought GNC 100% Whey Protein and am told many different things about it.

I took it after my workout and before bed. I now hear its not good to take before bed and some i hear to take before you workout too? what do you guys suggest? also is there any other supplements you recomend taking. I also take multi vits too.

Check your diet, and figure out how much protein you eat on a daily basis. That will tell you how many times you need to drink a shake to supplement your diet. You should be interested in getting about 1gram of protein per pound of lean body weight. Definitely take one post workout, other supplements, dont worry as long as you got a good multivitamin.
Also you can get much cheaper protein online.
 
alright thanks alot for everything... i mean i eat eggs n peanuts.. so i dont really need one before bed? i was told thats when you need it the most!
