What Supplements do you use

I try and stick to whole foods for all the nutrients and the thermogenic effects. However, I sometimes to resort to whey when I am in a time crunch.

When that is the case, I take AST's VP2 whey protein, and love it.

I also take an oil blend of EFA's called Udo's choice, fishoil pills, glucosamine chondroiton, multi-vitamins, calcium, and that is it.

It's for enhanced bloodflow before a workout, I heard if you're taking creatine you should get this stuff, because it helps the creatine get to the muscle faster.

I just got it the other day, and started taking it today, so I dont really know how it works/how well it works, hopefully I didnt just waste money, even though it was only 15$.
