now days I am thinking a lot about losting weight and build muscle

I want to take some supplements too to speed up the process and workout and eat healthy

i want to know what you guys also advise about losing weight and build muscles fast

Supplements are not the answer for building lean muscle, there are no shortcuts. A quality diet meeting your nutritional needs combined with hard work is the answer.

too many people fall in the trap of buying supplements.. im guilty of that aswell once upon a time. I still buy protein bars and powder.. Powder for after workout only (not before, after, and one at the middle of the day and also one with breakfast everyday like the salesperson tried to tell me)
Bars for those days at work when there are no decent options for food and I just settle for a snack
 
Building muscle and fast don't necessarily belong in the same sentence.

Don't fall for the shortcut BS that's posted on advertisements or random forums, there's no quick way to build muscle.

Eat properly according to your caloric needs and hit your resistance training with intensity and play the waiting game... your results will come.
