I am starting to exercise and workout (p90x), and runing. So i was wondering what is a nutrition plan to follow, i do not mind eatting the same thing everday.

i got my cal intact from and here are my levels

Maintenance:
3955 Calories/day
Fat Loss:
3164 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss:
2373 Calories/day

I am aiming to do 2373 calories aday, i am 6'1 266lbs.

I just want a 7day nutrition plan, i am limited on money so the cheaper the better, like yogurts, salads, etc just what ever is good for a diet
