She has really low body fat for a woman. I would bet it is mostly a matter of eating very little, coupled with being old enough to be in menopause, but I think most individuals could get there fastest by heavy resistance exercise and eating a perfectly clean diet. 1. there is really no difference between women and men when it comes to resistance training, women can benefit from the same weight training regime as men, most women just do not have the same genetic potential and testosterone levels to add a much muscle mass a most men.
2. a caloric deficit tends to cause weight loss, a caloric deficit with resistance training tends to cause fat loss, if you want to loose fat eat less and perform resistance exercise
