What should I take

Ok, since last year I've been visiting the school weight room everyday after school in hopes to get stronger for the upcoming wrestling season. Last year my friend had started taking creatine, and he got me to start taking it too. So I've been recently taking creatine since spring up to now, and I've seen some pretty good, yet minimal results. I was just wondering if there is anything else out there that could possibly give me better results. Any brands or anything would be great (I'm just on regular GNC Creatine Monohydrate right now). I've been given some suggestions like DHEA, muscle milk, NO Explode, and some others. What do you guys recommend?

Thanks :)

What type of results were you looking for? Do you understand what Creatine does? When one decides to take a supplement, one needs to understands its purposes and effects on the body--in relation to their goals.

Of course. It basically adds water cells to your muscles. It also helps you perform better. I'm looking for results that will not only show results in appearance, but also make me perform better when working out or doing other activities, such as wrestling. Something that will help gradually increase my strength, of course with a lot of good work outs. The creatine is alright, but I'm just wondering if there is anything out there that would be BETTER. I also don't want a supplement that will add too much weight to me. I know the creatine put some pounds on me, which is why I started my diet early.

does this added water get secreted when the muscle is strained for long periods of time.

would this creatine stuff help with endurance, or does it just blow a muscle up to look bigger?

The creatine is extremely helpful. It definitely aids in my working out, and it does seem to add mass to my muscles a bit more than without creatine.
