What Should I take?

I am just about 16 yrs old and I have been seriously lifting for about 2 yrs now and I am growing a little old of just the basic post-workout protein shake, I was wondering if I am old enough, and developed enough, to start taking a product such as creatine. Please lmk!
 
Are you doing a multi-vitamin and fish oil?
 
IMO, you have so much going for you now and for the next 10 years or so you dont need it.

but since many ppl around your age think they do need it and if you do decide to use it, we can help you out with it.
 
yes creatine will be fine ...i been taking it since i was 14...now i 16 ...it will get you a little bigger...and will boost performance immeditely...
 
there is nothing wrong with creatine fish is full of it it is completely natural it gives you energy and adds water weight you might gain up to 10 pounds the first week in water weight
 
I believe red meat is a rich source of creatine...not fish.
