hey guys i was just wondering what was a good Supplement for a boost. i use to work out with diet pills (i know i know) and since ir gave a caffeine boost i was wondering what else gave a similar effect. i was considering NOxplode but it got alot of bad review so i'm having second thoughts.
i'm currently taking creatine and whey, i'm sure i don't need another supplement but it was just a thought, if nothing else i'll just stick with the ones i'm taking,
