Sport What should I not eat?

I grew up around potatoes and meat. When I lived in Lithuania it was all about those two items. Now that I have been in the USA for 9 years I have changed my eating habit a little because I cannot eat fresh foods. I use to be able to go to the garden and pick out some strawberries and apples and eat them right away, or some potatoes.

I want to list items that I eat on a regular basis and would like to advice if i should keep eating or not.

On a regular basis I eat(everyday or every other day)
Salads w/ tomato, ham, crutons, cheese, ranch
homemade hashbrowns (self shredded) with heated carrots on a stove.
Mashed potatoes with chicken or meat
Dry roasted almonds from Emeralds
Fruit Cocktails in a can
Pork that has been sitting in garlic and spices for a few days

I drink a lot of juices and water and milk (protein shake).
