What should i eat....

Hi!
Im 15 years old, and i run twice a week in school, but, if i breakfast before the run(20 minutes before) ill get dizzy when starting to run.... and if i dont eat, the ill get tired.... what should i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
i donno let's see...

i eat breakfast.
Then i eat lunch.
Then i have big snack.
Then i workout.
Then i run.

I never really fell sick or cramps.
 
Wake up earlier and eat. Eat smaller ammounts before and after the run. Or develop some higher cognitive abilities to think a little more about the situation and possible solutions.

eat well before the run silly. A good balanced meal hours before will help your problem. Propel or gatorade for the run too.
 
Eat some good carbs and solid food about 2 hours before you run, then try to pump some water and fluids into your system, within the last 30 minutes before running, just keep your throat wet and you will be set :)
