Sport What should I eat to gain Muscle?

Hi I'm a 14 year old boy and I need help gaining muscle. (I'm turning 15 2morrow) I am about 5'8 at least and weigh about 44.7 kg at least.

To get bulkier I randomly work out sometimes with dumbbells. I usually focus on curling my biceps and I have starting getting a little lazier lately. I have no routine for working out and I kind of do it when ever I am bored.

I want to know what I should eat to gain muscle. I eat no junk food but I still don't think I'm eating properly. Since I'm so skinny I stopped being active so I barely move and don't eat much because of it. ( 2-3 meals a day) Like how many meals should I eat every day and what should my meals contain?
 
At your age you probably wont get so serious where you need advice to do things to the letter.

My advice......

-Eat regularly (at least every 3 hours ) which will probably work out to be a minimum of 6 meals a day.

-For someone like you, start drinking a galon of whole milk a day, got that idea from mark rippetoe and its a brilliant idea to get extra calories/protein.

-muscle comes from sufficient protein calories and carbs, eat plenty of meats / fishes / whole wheat foods / eggs / nuts

And you'll start gaining from the word go.

As for training i have limited time. But do some research. :)
