what should i do?

im trying to get some abs and cut the fat?heres a pic from today.and i want some pecs to.i weigh like 175. i eat whatever i know but well i guess the poster in the background might tell ya somthing.

You should go on a cutting diet then.

Read the weight training signatures
And read the nutrition signatures.

Start with weight lifting, full body, 3 times a week and HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio 3-4 times a week. Set your calories around 2200 and adjust accordinetly. Good luck with your goals.
