What should I change after a nose job?

Hi,

I am planning on getting a nose job in a month's time. I've heard that when you get surgery, you should do a big change to your appearance like changing your hair. Are there any other suggestions as to what I can do after my surgery? I want to minimize the fact that I got a nose job and get people to wonder instead what I did to look so good.

I had a nose job. I never heard of this idea so i didn't do anything. My nose job was quite subtle but i had told most people i knew anyway. I don't tell people anymore though. You will have some bruising around your face afterwards. Fairly easy to hide with make up though.


I think changing the hair sounds like a good enough idea but i don't think you should worry too much about whether anyone notices or not. Lots of people have plastic surgery these days. Maybe also some blingy jewellery or a change of fashion style. but its all just more money.
