What should I be taking?

I am kinda new to working out. I have done it before but not much. I am going to start working out for about a month then think about taking something. If it makes a difference i am 6'2" and 220 with not much fat on me. I was thinking about stacking Phera-Bol with M-Drol. I was wondering what everyone else thinks. Thanks Birdman

I think you're probably a noob that's gonna burn his nuts up by stacking crap you don't know ANYTHING about.

Here's your first tip: if it says its 'anabolic' and is legal to buy, IT DOESN'T ****ING WORK...and worse it may damage your endocrine system (shriveled nuts, bitch tits, etc)

Here's another tip: real anabolic steroids (the illegal stuff huge guys use) only work when you're already doing 110% on your diet and 120% on your training...and they are ONLY recommended for those who've reached their natural plateu already.

All you need is proper eating, proper training and proper rest/recovery.
a multivitamin is good
protein powder can help you get your protein needs, but isn't mandatory
creatine is about the only supplement that actually does something beneficial, but again is not mandatory

last tip: if you keep asking what anabolics to take, you'll need to find another forum. We don't promote that stuff here because you almost need a friggin PhD in the area to ensure you're not doing more harm than good.

well said malkore , i agree
and if u want a good link to a steroid forum where if u are serious about it, u can do alot of good research, and see some sample cycles for beginners. just PM me (not sure if u can post links on this forum)

I know a great deal about steroids and I am all for anyone that wants to take them AS LONG as they fit into a certain criteria.

First, you should be in good health.
Second, be around 25 years old.
Third, know how to lift, eat, and rest properly.
Fourth, be at your genetic max, or close to it.

From what it sounds like, Birdman is nowhere near his genetic max, and it sounds as if he doesn't have much knowledge at all regarding working out and everything involved in good gains. He will in time though.

But to recommend he learn about beginner cycles and such is just bad advice.

First, he needs to leave all the prohormone supplements alone (not that great) and focus on learning good lifting techniques, eating habits, and how much rest he needs to grow. This takes time. Some of his biggest gains will happen from the beginning of his training. Once he gets big and strong naturally, then yes, steroids can be great.
