Sport What should i be eating?

Hi, I'm 17, and weigh about 10 stone, i am looking to gain weight and need to work out a diet plan along with exercise plan. I need to know what i should be consuming daily in protein, fiber, fat, water, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals etc. Thanks. Hope somebody can help. :)
 
I'd suggest you become familiar with bodybuilding.com
