What should be my daily calorie intake to lose wheight healthy ?

Good day. I am a 23 years old male, im 6 feet (182cm) tall and i am massivly owerwheight - 266lbs(121kg). What should be my daily calorie intake to lose wheight healthy?
I am currently working a physical job at sawmill. My job requires me to be active on my feet for 8h a day from monday to friday. I also lift dumbells for 1h 3 times a week (monday, wednesday, friday) and do crunches and squats for 30mins 2 times a week (tuesday, thursday). Saturday and sunday i take a break from work and excercise.
I used to be on a 1000kcal diet for two months and lost a nice amount of whieght, but i read that the 1000kcal diet is dangerous and can stop mucle growth. Please help :(
 
yes you will loose muscle at such a low calorie intake however more information would be helpful for giving you more help than just a generic answer.
