I'm eating a lot of food now and just to assist me with my workouts i wanted to purchase some whey protein. I would be having this protein after my soccer and gym sessions. Is there much difference between brands and WPI/WPC? I was told to use ON 100% Whey GOld Standard because it's supposedly really good for teenagers.
Any advice?
