Sport What kind of food should I eat

I used to workout constantly everyday when i boxed i have been out for 1 year and just need to get back in shape i used to have a diet but it was to keep my weight low so when i weighed in i didnt weigh to much so now i need a different diet so i can get a little more size and just eat healthly any suggestions just let me know Thanks Mike
 
It depends on how serious you are and how active you are.

If your weight training and you really wanna bulk up then...
5-8 pcs of fruit and veg.
keep saturated fat intake bellow 50g a day.

apart from that eat lots of carbs and protien.
protien high foods
chicken, turkey, beef, fish, peanut butter, oatmeal.

good high carb foods,
brown rice, potato, brown bread (there is 5g of protien per slice in think slice wholegrain breads)

Try a protien shake powder.

eat 6times a day. If you get hungry then your muscles are hungry too, they need feeding.
