i have a mazda3 s 2.3. i love it. it gets 31mpg (yes thats actually what it gets, not just the dealer sticker talking) and ive been able to get it up to 135 mph downhill on a freeway (middle of the night in the middle of nowhere. there were no cars on the road)

what do y'all drive?

I have a 1998 Honda Civic Ex coupe... It's alright. It's been pretty reliable and gets around 30-35 mpg whether I'm driving on the freeway or in the city. It's a little banged up but it gets me from A to B, right? Plus, it's paid off!!! woo hoo

Metallic green Toyota Corolla VVTI GS. No idea about the mpg to be honest, but it's about 6 litres/100km, which is supposed to be good. I managed to get it up to 145 mp/h, but the national speed limit is 75 mp/h, so not much of a chance to crank it up very often...*lol*...plus, my husband goes demented when I drive too fast...heehee....*g*

A Chrysler Pacifica. It's provided to me by work, they pay the note, insurance, gas and all maintenance and I can even use it for personal reasons.

2007 Nissan Versa (me), 2006 Toyota corolla (wife), 1998 Ford Taurus (bought for kids), 2002 Honda Shadow 1100 Spirit (Favorite)

2002 Pontiac Sunfire. Not the most convenient to have only 2 doors with a child but that baby does pretty great on gas. It's been very good to me over the years even if it isn't as pretty as some of the newer vehicles I would love to have. With gas prices as high as they are, I think I'll keep it for awhile longer.

DH wants to trade it in for a gas guzzling SUV. :boxing:
But I think I've made him see the light. :)

1992 honda accord. its pretty beat up but I love it. No a/c and the right side window doesn't go down, but whatever.

I'm kinda shopping for a new car but I think I'll drive this till it'll no longer move.

That could be a while...I used to have a Honda and the only time I had to take it to the shop for a mechanical issue was when a child threw a cricket ball out a window and it bounced up underneath my car, damaging the brake line. I didn't realize it damaged the brake line until a week later when I had to brake hard and the car veered sharply to the left. Took it straight to a mechanic and shelled out $700 for a total brake re-do.

If I ever find that kid I'm taking that $700 out of his ass. Unlikely because I was living in England at the time and now I'm here.

Parents: Please don't let your kids throw shit out car windows. It cost me a LOT of money to fix the damage some brat did!

Back to Hondas: Very reliable, they will run for a loooooooooooooong time with a looooooooooot of abuse.

2005 Ford F350 crew cab 4x4 diesel (harley davidson edition). I put bigger tires on it when the original tires wore out and the MPG dropped considerably. 10.9 MPG. So now I can't afford to drive it so now I have a 1984 mazda pickup with a diesel engine that I've been driving. It gets an honest 38mpg average between in town driving and highway driving. Im happy to leave the ford parked for that kind of MPG!

Oooh, I used to have a 98' Honda Civic Ex coupe! It was black, I loved it but then someone rearended me :cuss: and messed up the frame, they deemed it a total. That sucker was all banged up too lol..it was my 1st car :driving: and I had the worse trouble with backing up and parking.

:auto: Now I drive a 2007 Blue Honda Civic Sedan. Her name is Bertha and I even have a picture on my myspace page lol.

1999 Chrysler Concorde LXI......and boy what I wouldn't give to have someone steal it, set it on fire, and push it off a cliff! It's been nothing but problems the past year...it's in the shop now...another $1500.00 towards that piece of crap. Grrrr.

Here's mine. Any aussies will recognise it, it's a 2004 Ford Falcon. Rear wheel drive, 4.0L straight 6 engine (244ci). Standard is 182kW (244 horsepower), modified now it's 236kW (316 horsepower).

I converted it to run on LPG, only lost 4 horsepower and now it's cheaper to run than any small car. It costs the same to run as a car which gets 5.5L/100km (51 MPG) on petrol!!

2004 Toyota Celica, Zephr Blue (baby blue, basically). They don't even make 'em anymore...they were replaced w/ Toyota Scions, which aren't too bad looking.

I really want a Volkswagen GLI. :)

2009 Subaru Forester
