It would be great if you can share what is that you have at work as snack.
I really need ideas!

Homemade protein bars straight from the Healthy Recipes section itself. MMmmmm...
 
I always got Almonds, beef jerkey, homemade protein bars sitting at my desk and srting cheese and sugar free jello in the office fridge.
 
I usually take almonds, some whole wheat toast w/organic PB&honey,fresh fruit,celery & carrot stix, protein bar, protein shakes...I pack a pretty big bag-o-food every morning
 
I usually try to take SOMETHING fresh and healthy every day, like carrots or apples. I keep Nutri-Grain bars and juice packs in my desk for emergencies. I'm not very imaginative that way, but I'm trying to eat healthier a bit at a time.

I would usually have a selection of the following:

  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Bell Peppers
  • Dried Figs
  • Dried Apricots
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Walnuts
  • Bananas
 
during the day I'll have fruit (bananas mainly) and toward the end of the working day (around 3:30) I'll have almonds and cottage cheese.
 
i hate work. gets in the way far too much.
