Hi- I'm a new member looking to lose some fat and tone up a bit.
I was wondering what everyone's IDEAL body would be- what exactly would this look like?
Being a male, I think Brad Pitt in Fight Club is pretty much ideal- lean, muscular, low body fat, athletic looking. Do you agree?
What about females? What qualities do you look for in the ideal male body...or even in the female body?

PS- my biggest obstacle is diet and lack of intensity during my workouts. Do ya'll have this problem? or what is preventing you from making progress towards your ideal body?
