I'm working out for more than a month, at home using an device for my abs that is really good and lifting some weights. I work out my abs, chest, biceps and triceps, I workout regularly and I'm satisfied with the results so far. But I think I'm not doing something right considerding the nutrition. What is the right food and drink that I should consume, and should i consume it before or after working out and info like that is what I need. I'm not overweight, about 6'2 (185cm) and 171lbs (78kg) I don't need to lose weight i just need the right food in order to develop my body better and progressively and make my body lean. The most important part is the abdominal part, the others are a priority. Thank you
