There is so much information out there regarding weight loss and building muscle and toning, etc., I figure someone must know what is best by now. I'm looking to lose about 10 pounds, to firm up all over, and to build more muscle and more tone mostly in my stomach, shoulders, and back. I figure everywhere else is just extra. I know you can't spot reduce, we've all heard that enough, but I just want those areas to be toned. I eat a very good diet, I think. And I've been running for the past few weeks (just came back from a knee injury). But my stomach is still really flabby. I'm looking for the best combination of diet, cardio, and strength to make this happen. I only like to do strength at home. It can still be done right? Thanks in advance.
