Sport Fitness
Everybody is good.

I want to know that any gain thin muscle massive best foods are.

I knew that the chicken is good (lowers in fat, high in protein). I also believed that some pork are good?

I try to eat many fruit and vegetable, I can.

How carbohydrate, though? I hear me to eat take the few carbohydrates as far as possible. Whether that is real?

Thanks your help,

Liping Li

Best sources of protein:
Chicken Breast (Skinless)
Turkey Breast
Tuna (Fresh)
Tuna (Canned in brine)
Steak (Fat removed)

I try to avoid pork, duck, lamb, as most cuts are high in fat aswell as protein.

As far as carbohydrates are concerned, you should be eating them, my favourite sources are:
Quinoa (A grain which is also a complete protein source, and very tasty)
Wholemeal pasta
Brown Rice
Wholemeal Bread (I tend to avoid bread).

Rarely does a question on here leave me truly stumped, kudos on that, I wouldn’t know where to start at attempting an answer

Fat isn't evil.

Pork tenderoin has less fat than chicken breast. I'm with Kark though, people demonize fat. You're better off avoiding refined sugars and refined flour.

It is if you're trying lose around 50lbs like me, I get my fats from oils and nuts rather than meats.

But you're contradicting yourself. "Fat is evil for me...unless its 'this kind of fat source'.

I'm cutting too, and when I lean out I reduce carbs, not fat intake. My fat intake is always 30% of daily calories, sometimes a little more.
