What is everyone's favorite "bad" food and have you found any healthier substitutes?
I will start . . . . I love desserts (and substituting it with plain fruit just doesn't cut it for me), so in order to combat my cravings, I have found the following alternatives:
The South Beach Diet 100-calorie packs of wheat crackers are also very good substitutes for wheat thins and they add a lot of whole grain and fiber. Frosted Shredded Mini Wheats also help me get my breakfast sugar fix while also helping me get more fiber in my diet.

- Fruity dessert: Baked apple with oats and nuts or small piece of angel food cake with sliced strawberries
- Chocolate: Fiber One chocolate granola bar (contains 35% of daily fiber) or fat-free/sugar-free fudgsicle (only 40 calories per Popsicle)
- Custards: Low-fat pudding in pre-portioned cups (it can be considered a serving of dairy, right?)
- Ice cream: fat-free/sugar-free fudgsicle (ice cream has to be pre-portioned for me or else I over-indulge)
- Baked goodies: mini bag of kettle corn popcorn (usually only 100-200 calories per large bag)
