Sport What is everyone's favorite bad food?

What is everyone's favorite "bad" food and have you found any healthier substitutes?

I will start . . . . I love desserts (and substituting it with plain fruit just doesn't cut it for me), so in order to combat my cravings, I have found the following alternatives:
  • Fruity dessert: Baked apple with oats and nuts or small piece of angel food cake with sliced strawberries
  • Chocolate: Fiber One chocolate granola bar (contains 35% of daily fiber) or fat-free/sugar-free fudgsicle (only 40 calories per Popsicle)
  • Custards: Low-fat pudding in pre-portioned cups (it can be considered a serving of dairy, right?)
  • Ice cream: fat-free/sugar-free fudgsicle (ice cream has to be pre-portioned for me or else I over-indulge)
  • Baked goodies: mini bag of kettle corn popcorn (usually only 100-200 calories per large bag)

The South Beach Diet 100-calorie packs of wheat crackers are also very good substitutes for wheat thins and they add a lot of whole grain and fiber. Frosted Shredded Mini Wheats also help me get my breakfast sugar fix while also helping me get more fiber in my diet.
Diet Mountain Dew, Diet Dr. Pepper, and Coke Zero all taste close to the real thing if you must have a soda.

Theres loads of bad foods that I really like the taste of, but I will have to have a think of what my favourite is. I am very good at not having bad foods though, and also there are a lot of healthy foods I like just as much :D

Actually, my cravings are getting fewer and fewer and less frequent, especially since I'm bulking(albeit clean), so I'm not on a deficit. That said...

4)An Indian curry with nan bread and samosa.
*I make a good healthy substitute curry by simply choosing only healthy ingredients.

3)Stack of pancakes with Maple syrup.
*Make my own with oatmeal, use yogurt mixed with vanilla whey in place of syrup. Not bad.

2)Pizza with all the toppings(preferably from a mom and pop pizza place in Chicago).
*Haven't tried to make a substitute yet. Suppose it could be done with whole wheat pita bread.

1)Ice-cold pints of beer late into a Friday evening.
*Alas, there is no substitute...

I love cheese and marmite sandwiches with white bread! mmmmmmmm

My bad habit is scoffing Chilli Peppers

They're actually pretty healthy but I classify them as bad because of the 'ring of fire' they leave behind the next day

Ramen noodles. I used to be addicted. Seriously. I ate one pack a day. The bad thing about them is that they leave you wanting more after you've finished eating them. They really are like a drug. I've been off of them for several months now. I can't remember the last time I had them. Too bad they're so cheap and tasty. They'd be easier to let go of if they were more expensive.

I have lots of bad foods but I don't really eat them because that would require me to get up and go buy them lol...usually if someone brings something home I'll try and not eat it but I'll end up eating a bit of it (i.e. chips/fries/etc.) but not too often...even though I'm bulking I'll still get hungry when I'm really not so I try and stay away from people who bring those foods home

When allowed, which isnt often, I love Cheesecake, and a heavon's gate to fill me with fat fast: Vanilla Ice Cream mixed with Peanut butter sprinkled with nuts, and chocolate syrup.

marmite is heaven but i dont think its too bad for u (just lose the white bread)
also pickled onions
and condensed milk

BROWNIES.

(and pretty much all baked goods/pastries) I'm not so huge on ice cream, I can take it or leave it. Salty stuff, I crave occasionally, but baked goods (especially brownies) are my downfall.

ice cream, cheeseburgers, french fries... basically a ton of fast food

i amazed myself of how easily and suddenly i dropped my consumption of these items by like 95%
but the real test is when college starts again in the fall where ill be too hungry and tired to cook after a long day. The "relatively more healthy" joints will already be closed so it will be very tempting to get some bad fast food.

I am seriously craving some fried shrimp, and oooohhhh barbecued crabs (which are actually more like fried crabs) with some stuffed jalapeños (stuffed with seafood dressing).

I can just feel the water weight gain from all the salt.
