This multi was actually tested a few years back and had a very good absorption rate. That's the real problem...a vitamin might contain 60mg of something, but if the form that vitamin comes in isn't very bio-available, you're likely (and literally) pissing most of it away.
And I'd always go with a powdered and encapsulated vitamin vs. a hard pressed and coated vitamin. So things like Centrum and One-A-Day you should avoid.
