I was wondering what a good BMI is for people? Does it depend on your bone structure or fitness level. I do not mean to sound dumb, but it gets kind of confusing. In sept. I was 194 before I had neck surgery and today I weighed in at 160.8 lbs. I'm on meds to help with eating and for pain, etc. I like my weight loss and want to continue it, but on various googles it says I should weigh anywhere from 107 to 141. Why such a difference? Does age matter? I'm 36 w/3 teenage boys, Just wondering? Thanks!
