Sport What I Eat (opinions plz)

Sport Fitness
I've been eating this and have been loosing weight, this is the 1st time I've been on a diet and I'm wondering if I'm lacking something or if I need to tweak it. I'm 17 years old, if that matters.

9:00 am - wake up + work out

10:00 am
Breakfast - 415 calories
2 cups of Total cereal (200 calories) w/ 1/2 cup of fat free milk (45 calories)
+ 2 peices of toast (160 calories) w/ jelly (50 calories)

1:00 pm
Lunch - 260 - 320 calories
Whole, skinless, boneless Chicken breast (140 - 200 calories, I think) w/ 2 cups of mixed vegies (120 calories)

4:00 pm (Usually, or whenever)
Snack - 70 - 100 calories
Banana (100 calories) or Appel (70 calories)

6:30 pm
Dinner - 260 - 320
*Same as lunch

All day - < 1250 (from food) 0 calories (drinks)

I realize chicken has a considerable amount of cholesterol in it, is it ok to eat everyday?

Generally, this looks good, assuming that 1200 calories is what you're going for (although it might be a bit little). What's your snack, usually? Big(ger) breakfast and small(er) dinner, which is what you have here, is very good.

What's your workout? If you're weight training, you might want to have something small (i.e. a slice of bread) before, but if you're doing cardio, you should be okay.

sweet. :)
still concerned about all this cholestral in high protein food though. ;/
