Usually have a muscle milk shake in the AM before workout and one after workout. Eat some nonfat plain yogurt a few hours later. Chicken or salmon for lunch, just grilled with pepper and SOME salt. Snack later in the day is usually veggies and nonfat ranch dressing. Dinner is usually London Broil. Good red meat with almost 0% fat. Maybe a shake at night aswell. What do you think about this? What needs to be changed or added? OO and btw..sometimes as a snack instead of veggies i'll ahve 3 hardboiled eggs, but with just one yoke.
