what have i been missing

fellow pumpers

im back from my summer class and vacation. looks like ive missed a ton, including this new page layout. what is up with everyone?

ive barely worked out, but i got thinner thanks to lots of walking and less eating. this year, i gonna work super hard on the cutting. no more big, just cutting. im also gonna add in some new stuff, such as way more cardio and pilates (heard this is what all the movie stars do)

i hope you all have gotten the results you wanted

no more bulking!?!?!?! we're gonna have to change your name from wolverine to armstrong lol.. i hear you tho, ladies love the abs :rolleyes:

welcome back dude! i'm surprised to hear you're not gonna be bulking anymore too, but judging from your pic you look in better shape. Good job!
 
Welcome back, I don't knw what you missed cause I haven't been here much myself - Seems like a lot of new posters though.
 
Oh yeah, and it's true all the stars do pilates. I watched this thing called 100 Hottest Bodies on MTV, and almost every celebrity on there said they did pilates.
 
hey guys thanks for the welcome back. unfortunately, the diggy is having technical problems, so i cant post update pics just of yet. i may ask to borrow my friend sometime.

so yeah, im adding some serious cardio in. lots of walking, and im doing some hard core running. curious, how is a 7:30 minute mile run for someone who hasnt seriously been running all summer? I think a really good time is something like 5 minutes?

btw, is it ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to eat the small meals? or can i just have 4 decently sized meals a day? and is it OK to go to bed SLIGHTLY hungry?
