What happened to proteinboy?

if any of you have asked that question(hopefully somebody missed me :]), i am back to aswer it.
an injury kept me from lifting for a longggg time, so i lost the motivation to stay on the site(sorry).
however, i am healed!(THANKS, GOD!!!!) and its awesome to be lifting again.

im just doing the basics, preparing for the 20 rep squats routine.

i missed you guys:bncry:
 
I was injured too! Thats why I was not here too and I was wondering where you were. How you doing? Did you get weaker as well?

my body got weaker my heart got stronger. I AM GLAD!

i was pulling 20lbs in the lat pulldown machine back in november in rehab lol yea i got weaker.
but now im doing pullups and such so its all good!
i lost 20lbs haha but
THE FULFILLMENT IS IN THE JOURNEY NOT THE DESTINATION!!!!!!

my lifts are lower than before but i feel even stronger!! haha

i bet your stronger than a gorilla now!
 
yup, lat/rotator cuff injury. mostly rotator cuff though. put me out for a while but its great to be back. good to see you jman :]
