What foods to eat??

Okay so i Barley eat now.. So what are the best foods to eat to lose weight. I am going shopping tomorrow and will pick some food up.. I need about 10+ Items from your opinions to pick up tomorrow.. Thanks!:)
 
What I suggest you is find healthy recipes on the Internet and buy what you need :)
 
Anything that
a) you enjoy
b) will keep you healthy
c) will keep you sane

It's HOW you eat, more than WHAT you eat, that determines whether you lose weight. In other words, eat less calories than you require to maintain, and you'll lose weight.

But, for some ideas. I like quinoa and amaranth to get more protein from my grains. Roasted cauliflower/broccoli/brussels sprouts are great. Turkey/chicken breasts. Substitute spaghetti squash for spaghetti. Fish is good. I love spinach, and you can add it to smoothies to get some greens in there. Frozen berries. Frozen veggies.
 
While maintaining a weight loss program we need to plan a proper diet for our daily needs and for that we choose some of the best foods and drinks that are Green tea, Yogurt and grapefruit diet.

Benoit basically put it in a nutshell. Browse the internet for healthy recipes based on foods that you like to eat. Note the calories or fat (if you are counting) and buy your ingredients accordingly.
