What exercises work these muscles?

I am unsure of how to work these muscles out,

Where the red arrows are pointing.

Not where the six pack is, just to the sides of it.

They stick out a bit when I have had a meal.

Are these part of the abs?

How do I work them out?

I think you mean you Obliques. Try Twisted Crunches they can help. But dont concentrate on one area :)

Looks like you've put on a bit of mass since your last pics. Good job.

I'd recommend sticking to compound lifts, as NBS recommends. You're progressing, just give it time. :)

If you must know, check out this handy link. 'Tis a good site for exercise info in general. Have fun.

Can you really notice that I have put a little weight on?

Only a few pounds lol hardly noticeable, didnt think anyone would be able to notice!

Betsie is my nickname, my surname is Betts, and Betsie has just come from it lol.

It takes a lonnnng loooonnnnng time for me to put on weight cos my mum and dad arent exactly bodybuilders lol.

I will do a few twisted crunches every now and then along with my workout

The link is brilliant thanks focus,

Side Bends! I wondered why I did those!!!!!

What you are referring to are in fact not muscles at all. Those indentations are where the inguinal ligament runs. There really is no way to work out that area. The less body fat you have and higher your BMI the more defined these will be.

If you want them to be more defined I would suggest following a sound nutritional program and workout program.
