Here is some exercise which you can try and start losing some weights.
1. Plank:
• Plank is one of the most basic moves you can follow to keep yourself fit. It has so many advantages that you will definitely like it.
How to do it:
• Get down on the floor on your hands and your feet balls.
• Make sure your body is in a straight line and your hands are under your shoulders.
• Keep your abs pressed in the tight and belly buttons.
2. Jumping Jack:
• Jumping jacks are one of the best cardio moves that are very effective in spreading fat all over the body.
How to do it:
• Stand on your back and keep your legs together in the stomach.
• Now jump and open your feet.
• Raise your arms at the same time.
• jump back and come back to the initial position.
3. Skipping:
• Jumping or rope jumping is a cardio exercise that can burn 300-400 calories in 45 minutes depending on your weight.
how to do it:
• Stand on your back and be abusive tight.
• Keep your feet together.
• Now jump a few inches from the ground so that the rope passes under your feet and brings it back.
• If you do not have a rope, just jump up and down without the rope, but keep your hands moving like you are holding the rope.
4. Cross-Turner:

how to do it:
• Get into a plank.
• Bend a knee, put it a little ahead.
• Now start moving your legs, turning their legs forward and backward.
7. Plank Jack:
• Plank Jack is a cardio version of frames that gives both the advantage of strengthening the cardio and the core.
how to do it:
• Get into the plank and keep your legs open.
• Jump again and bring your feet together.

8. Push-up:
• Push-up weapons are surprisingly effective to tone and strengthen the whole body.
how to do it:
• Get into the plank.

9. Triceps push-ups:
• We all detect those Bingo wings. So, push up triceps and kill that tricycle fat.
How to do it:
• Get into the plank.
• Stay on your toes or keep your knees down.
• Now push your elbows back and press into the floor.
• Straighten your arms and push backward.
10. Spider Push-Up:
• These push-ups work on your hands, shoulders, legs, and glutes at the same time.
how to do it:
• Go to the plank and keep your right hand next to your head and your right foot with that hand.
• Now, press down and as soon as you push back up, come back to Planck.
• Switch sides with each push-up.
