okay, this is going to sound like a random question, i think. i know you can't 'spot reduce' etc. but girls, you know that flab above your chest, kind of in front of your armpits...yes, i am heavily endowed up top ....i have been working on toning and my arms are starting to show, one of my final goals is to wear strapless, but i have this flabby skin above my chest/infront of armpits (like if you were to pinch beneath your shoulders in the front with your arms by yourside). i dont know if this makes sense. the question is: WHAT EXERCISE helps get RID of this junk? chest presses? is that just part of flabby excess from the front area? help would be greatly appreciated.
