What exercise do i do for this problem?

okay, this is going to sound like a random question, i think. i know you can't 'spot reduce' etc. but girls, you know that flab above your chest, kind of in front of your armpits...yes, i am heavily endowed up top :)....i have been working on toning and my arms are starting to show, one of my final goals is to wear strapless, but i have this flabby skin above my chest/infront of armpits (like if you were to pinch beneath your shoulders in the front with your arms by yourside). i dont know if this makes sense. the question is: WHAT EXERCISE helps get RID of this junk? chest presses? is that just part of flabby excess from the front area? help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi hun, i understand what you mean...maybe chest presses will help a bit, but you said it yourself, you really can't spot reduce, unfortunatly!!
 
well of course cardio like you said since you obviously understand you cant spot reduce. but you can help tone that area by laying on your back and bringing your arms together with light dumb bells, maybe 3 or 5 pound weights (whichever your more comfy with) and start out with 2 sets of about 10-15 reps every other day.
 
if it your anterior deltoid that you mean ie the muscle marked in red on this pic

if so then these exercizes will work that area to tone up.

if it is the muscle just underneath you need to do some chest workouts to strengthen your pecs


this site is an excellent resource for working out which exercise is required to strengthen and tone differend bodyparts.

this won't spot reduce the fat but more muscle will improve the look and burn more calories
 
Upper chest exercises

I would recommend Pullovers and Incline Chest Press. Use moderate weight and do 2 - 4 sets of 12 - 20 reps. with 45 - 60 seconds rest. Circuit weight training is great for fat loss. The low rest interval keeps the heart rate elevated.
