M - Make a commitment to change my life
I - I am accountable for what I eat.
S- Satisfy hunger, don't overeat until I'm stuffed
S- Step up and get my exercising in.

K- Know that knowledge is power, so always be informed about health issues.
A- Atleast 2 liters of water a day.
L- Lose, lose, lose!
L- Learn to dance hiphop and be great at it.
I- Inspect ingredients and calories that are in the food I eat
E- Eat 5 to 10 veggies and fruits a day!
