What Does This Mean

For the last month and a half i have eaten healthy approximately 1800-2200 calories a day and did cardio 30 minutes 5 times a week with also doing weights. I did all this tryin to get my abs to show and i dont lose ne weight or nething so what should I try
 
You say you are consuming 1800-2200 calories per day but what does that consist of? Your diet may be off.
Also you may try some HIIT instead of regular cardio. HIIT (interval training) will do a better job of helping you burn fat if done properly.
