What do you think?

Hi. I have a question about my routine or the one I am going to try. Right now I am 5'6 and weigh 140 lbs. I have been working out for almost a year but not intense or strainuous like im hoping to do. I dont know if it matter but my 7% body fat.

Ok here is what i have so far:

BICEP
Concentrated Curls 20,25,30,30,25,20 10x
Dumbbell Curl 20,25,30,30,25,20 10x
Dumbbell Bent Over Row 20 10x
Lat Pulldown 60 12x3
Dumbbell Hammer Curl 20,25,30,30,25,20 10x
Dumbbell Front Shoulder Raise 20,25,30,30,25,20 10x
Machine Pec 80 10x3
Machine Pull Down 100 10x3

TRICEP
Dumbbell Chest Press 30,35,40,40,35,30 10x
Dumbbell Inclined Press 30,35,40,40,35,30 10x
Squat 140 10x3
Dumbbell French Press 20 10x3
Tricep Pushdown 100 10x3
Dumbbell Shoulder Shrug 30 10x3
Dumbbell Side Shoulder Raise 20 10x3
Machine Push Out 80 10x3
Machine Push Up 80 10x3

The weight may change on some of the tricep b/c i havent done all those workouts before. But right now i am just looking to increase my muscle in my arms and my chest while still staying fit. I am on a health diet that consist of 5 meals a day. I would appreciate in input on my routine considering what i want to do. Thanks.
