So my goals are to (in order of importance) get great abs, put on muscle/lose fat, and maybe gain around 5-10 pounds. I just want to get in phenominal shape and get ripped. Currently I am 5'11" 165 with a pretty muscular/lean build. I work out 6 days a week (3 days lifting - 2 muscle groups 4 exercises each) (3 days cardio - 2 days running 6 miles and 1 day swimming) So based on those goals, what do you think of this workout? Is it too much? What supplements are best suited for me and this workout? Thanks.

Day 1 - Morning Run - 6 miles; Evening Lift - Chest (5 different exercises for variety of reps)
Day 2 - Morning Swim - 50 Laps; Evening Lift - Biceps (5 different exercises for variety of reps)
Day 3 - Morning - Stretch Session/Ab Workout; Evening Lift - Back (5 different exercises for variety of reps)
Day 4 - Morning Run - 6 Miles; Evening Lift - Shoulders (5 different exercises for variety of reps)
