What do you think of this Supplement schedule?

Arginine, Fish-oil, and a Multi with Breakfast.

Creatine pre-workout.

Protein shake, Multi, fish-oil, and Arginine post-workout/dinner.

So what do you think? Whats too much? Whats not enough?

PWO IMO would be protein/carbs, with none of the other stuff. Everything else is fine.
 
I edited it to what I have been doing the last couple days, seems to fit my schedule better.

How many gram per serving should I be taking of each sup?

Depends on your size and weight for some. If you're new to lifting, I would wait to do the creatine and focus on your diet first.

Like tony said, protein and simple carbs in the PWO. I would put the creatine after the workout as well, and the arginine before. I wouldn't take the fish oil soon after you finish lifting because it's a source of fat, which has no place in a PWO shake because the fat hinders the absorption process.
 
I'm 145, 5'8" scrawny upper body, I believe most of my weight is in my legs (from years of BMX racing, I guess.) New to lifting.

So maybe this...?

Protein shake, Creatine, Multi, and post-workout/dinner.

Fish-oil before bed.

Still unsure on the amounts however.
 
you want about 10 caps of fish oil a day. i have 2 at every meal, except post workout.

arginine...not the most useful supplement, but if you want to see its useless effect of hemodilation, take 2g pre-workout, and 1g earlier in the day.
