I'm 145, 5'8" scrawny upper body, I believe most of my weight is in my legs (from years of BMX racing, I guess.) New to lifting.
So maybe this...?
Arginine, Fish-oil, and a Multi with Breakfast.
Arginine pre-workout.
Protein shake, Creatine, Multi, and post-workout/dinner.
Fish-oil before bed.
Still unsure on the amounts however.
