What do you think of my routine?

Hi, For the past 8 months I have worked my entire body every other day. I believe my muscles have begun to plateau. I was wondering if I should switch my routine to

Monday/Thursday: Upper body
Tuesday/Friday:Lower body
Wednesday/Saturday:Core/Cardio
Sunday: Rest

Please post opinions!! thanks
 
Looks solid to me. If you're more focused on building your upper body then you can do that 3 days a week and take out a day of lower body.

But that's all personal preference
 
That is somewhat similar to Layne Nortons PHAT routine, with one upper body day is heavy, the other focused on a higher rep range for maximum hypertrophy.

How many sets and what rep range are you using? Are you doing any compound lifts?

Looks fine with the information given, but without knowing specifically what you'll be doing on each day, it's hard to give much in the way of objective feedback.
 
This is very good step and interesting for health and fitness.
