What do you think of my exercise schedule?

Monday
Chest, Triceps, Shoulders

Tuesday
Biceps, Back, Legs

Wednesday
Strictly Cardio and Core / Abdominal

Thursday
Chest, Triceps, Shoulders

Friday
Bicep, Back, Legs

Saturday
Rest

Sunday
Strictly Cardio and Abdominals.

As far as exercises go, I am open for suggestions based on your experiences of what seems to work out for you guys.

I was thinking of doing some at-home exercises like jumping jacks, suicides, skipping, lunges, chin ups and pull ups, push ups...what days do you think I should throw this in?

Currently 6'0, 167lbs around 22 BMI (trying to lower it to around 10-12%).
